The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from downtown. It was also close to many popular tourist attractions and easily accessible by bus and train. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with printing our boarding passes.
The bathroom cleanliness was below par and there was a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the facilities.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fast elevators. The common areas, such as the kitchen, were also clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, with grocery stores, cafes, and bakeries within walking distance. It was also easy to reach Central Station and Tivoli either by walking or taking the tram.
The hotel could get very crowded, putting pressure on facilities such as the elevators and the kitchen. There was often a long wait for the elevators, and the kitchen could get crowded during peak hours.

I stayed at Danhostel Copenhagen City & Apartments recently and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and attractions like Tivoli within walking distance. The bar/cafe on site was a convenient spot for a quick snack or drink. I loved the various seating areas, especially the outdoor space where I could relax. The beds in the family room were comfortable, and I appreciated the private lights next to each bed. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The elevators were a bit of an issue during busy times. With only four elevators for over 15 floors, there were often long waits and congestion.

Great location near tourist attractions and easy to access. Modern and clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
No division in the bathroom caused flooding after showering. Only given one set of towels for the entire stay, had to pay for additional towels.

Best aspects of our city break were the friendly staff and variety of activities available on site. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions nearby. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus!
Worst aspects were the lack of housekeeping services and inconvenience caused by the elevator wait times. Additionally, the laundry facilities were under construction during our stay, which made it difficult to manage our clothing during our trip.
